this does not change the fact Celga was poorly
operated under Keigos administration. He was a
unprofessional, egotistical and rude man. Some of
us were older customers from back when the DS
started. We were the backbone for the streamlined
services you enjoy now. Moreover, no matter how
simple a question a customer asks the seller/DS is
providing a service to them. As such, any DS is
suppose to answer your questions professionally
and promptly, this is expected. What happened to
many of us (some of whom actually shared their
experiences) wa Keigo was anything but
professional. If they are better today, great. But
having been burned by them, I for one will never
touch them again. |
