I've recounted my experience both here and on
IRC several times. But I'll do it everytime
anyone asks about Celga. About two years ago
(Perhaps 2 and a half now), after successfully
purchasing through Celga several times, I bid on
two cels through them. A week later (and still
new to the Deputy operations in general), I
asked where my cels where. I might have asked
it in a slightly miffed way, as I was aggrevated
that week. However, I expected a professional
reply, despite my slightly hostile question.
Instead, I recieved a berating angry reply from
the head of Celga. After appologizing about my
slightly hostile question, he told me he would
refund my money, keep the cels, and BANNED me
from ever using celga's service again. It's my
guess that the cels they auction on ebay are
former clients cels that one way or another has
stayed with Celga.com. Was I wrong, being
slightly hostile? Probably. But it is the
responsability of ANY BUSINESS to act in a
professional manner.
As I understand it, service has improved, and
Keigo has been removed from most aspects of the
operation. For the reasons mentioned
previously, I will never use their service
again. Not because I've been banned, but I
refuse to support ANY business that operates
like that. |
