I think all the people who have had problems
with Celga are refering to business in past
years. I, personally, just started dealing with
Celga this... March, i think. I sent a broad e-
mail at first asking stupid questions, and they
were answered in a proffessional, polite, and
non-condescending way.
I've bid on repeated things with them...
sometimes won, lost. They've never failed to
place my bid at my max, and the reason I've lost
has always been that my max was too low, not
through any fault of theirs. One big auction i
put a downpayment on and lost for a few hundred
dollars. I asked for a refund, and it was given
to me in full very promptly. The items I won
were shipped fairly quickly after i sent a
shipping form, and I must say, they have the
best packaging department I've seen ANYWHERE.
They wrap your items in bags within paper within
strong, quality boxes. My last cels even arrived
in a large, light-weight plastic box that I
intend to reuse for other things. You can't say
that about most packaging.
The person I've dealt with in bidding has been
extremely kind, friendly, and intellegent. She's
even answered questions of mine about specific
cels, and double-checked my max bids with me
because she thought I might have had two of them
reversed. I've never had a problem with her; in
fact, she's one of the most friendly people I've
met in an on-line business ever.
I did have some problems with billing, which I
found later was because they'd listed some of my
bids under different names. (I'm guess this was
my fault for not being consistent. ^^;;) I asked
if they were sure my invoices were correct, and
they promptly sent me my whole history with
them, which I corrected. (The way they had it,
they owed ME money for downpayments, when
really, I told them, that i owed THEM money.)
I was never "ripped off" in any way, never had
any problems, and it has been a delight to use
their service to access Yahoo Japan.
I don't know if Celga was bad in the past (I
suppose it was, from the stories told by other
people), but it's golden now, and I'd reccomend
it to anyone. |
