Hi Celga is bad, stay away from them! Keigo is
unprofessional, he has yelled at and blamed
customers if he "thinks" their emails are too
demanding and/or if they do something that does
not comply with his narrow way of thinking and
doing business in JP. I would avoid him at all
costs, I know at least four other people who've
had bad experiences as well. You can try using
AnimeChaos instead. There is no perfect DS and
even if there was Celga certainly would not
qualify. Good luck.
