I am using their service for some years, and I 
bought cels from Keigo at auctions before he 
founded Celga. There was always friendly advance 
for special wishes. Maybe the service is not so 
personal as it was in former days when there were 
not so many customers, but it was always correct.

Here is an example for their kind and 
professional work: I lost an expensive cel 
because the seller never sent it or he said it 
was lost -  a half year later I saw the cel on 
the site of this seller, but he said he can't 
remember the auction (and we had no hardcopy of 
the old auction page) Celga tried to get the cel, 
but the seller denied the deal. So Celga bought 
this cel for their money (!) and gave it to me 
without charging anything.
