I've been using their deputy service for several
years now, and thank them whole-heartedly for
helping me get many wonderful treasures I'd never
have otherwise.  As they've gotten larger and
started handling more customers, they've expanded
their staff as well, so bidding and shipping still
goes quite smoothly.

All in all, a good deputy.  ^__^
