To be in ANY fandom for any length of time is to 
be involved in, or witness to, some 
unpleasantness and clash of temperments and/or 
attitudes.   

But the question here is what kind of service a 
company is RECENTLY and CURRENTLY providing to 
their overall customer base.  That, I can say of 
Celga, has always been (since my newbie 
stumblings in cel collection a couple of years 
ago) and is today, excellent!
