Hi,

Unfortunately, I believe that most times when 
someone says, "Okay, if I want to sell this cel, 
you'll be the first to know," they are just 
making polite conversation. It's just too hard to 
remember who wants what, especially with popular 
cels that many people are after.

So, I don't believe in "first dibs," unless the 
two people are friends.  Then it's like a 
promise. If I wanted a cel really badly, but I 
know that my friend needs money, then I won't 
force them to sell the cel to me.

Personally, I know who's first in line for which 
cels, but since I am not selling... ^v^;
