I was discussing this with some friends of mine 
and I thought it would make a intresting topic to 
bring up here. We all know what dibs are and may 
have used them on occasion while cel collecting. 
I myself have used the dibs method and it has 
worked fine so far. But I also know of some 
people who have gotten upset with collectors that 
promised them dibs on certain cels and when it 
came time and the collector sold cels ..it was 
the money that talked not the promise they made 
that made the decision. Is the dib method 
something you use in polite converstation and 
never to be taken at face value or do you not use 
dibs because of something that might force you to 
sell to the highest buyer?
