What happened was that a complete stranger had 
asked about a cel for 'dibs' and the rarity was 
that I actually saved their email address.  So I 
contacted them when I wanted to sell it and gave 
them the price I paid for the cel (as I recall it 
was one of my Sailor Saturns that I had a few 
years ago).  They agreed and then I wait and 
waited.  I emailed them and got no reply.  
Anyway, while I was waiting I had someone I knew, 
and knew they were a HUGE Saturn fan, asked about 
the cel.  So here was the dilemna.  I was still 
planning on selling it for the same about ... but 
do you continue to wait for the 'dibs' person 
who's not responding to the 'hey, where's the $$ 
I have someone else asking about the cel' email 
or do you say to yourself 'self, I've waiting a 
month w/o payment I'm going to sell to the real 
fan who'll give you the prompt payment?"
