So what I did was I contacted the dibs person and 
said that I had waited a month with no payment 
and no email replies.  If I don't hear from you 
or get payment by this specific date, I'll assume 
you are no long interested in the cel.  The date 
passed with no contact from them so I went on to 
the real fan and sold it at the same price.  I 
actually felt better that it went that way.  I 
gave the dibs person a shot but in the end I was 
satisfied that the person who I knew for a fact 
would appreciate the cel was the one who got it.  
It was such a gorgeous cel ... a similar one is 
being auctioned at YJ for $4K {LOL}
