generally look for? ( close-ups, action poses,
character interactions, etc. )
Pose, certain scenes, certain characters, and
just the ART of the cel

animation art? ( Online Anime shops, Online
Anime dealers, local comic stores, local anime
shops, local animation art galleries ).
Ebay, Yahoo Japan, dealers online
7) On the average, about how much do you spend
on animation art a month?
Lesse, I've been collecting for two years now,
and I've spent... *calculates* too much. I think
it comes out to about $100 a month or so on
average.

Two years, one month, and 15 days
9) What is the most you have ever paid for one
piece? What show/character was it?
$200 plus shipping, it was an Utena Bank cel that
was signed by the director and manga artist.
10) Why do you collect animation art? What
draws you to it?
It's really amazing to be able to collect
something used in the production of your favorite
series, let alone it be art. Really, some of my
cels deserved to be framed and put up on my wall. |
