Can someone please post any statutes or rulings 
that support these claims regarding how ISPs 
would shutdown a users account if they created a 
homepage of collected images of cels? 

I do believe that ISPs can and will closedown 
users who violate certain terms of agreement, but 
I personally don’t know of any ISP that would 
closedown a users account for literally creating 
a homepage. Do you really believe ISPs actually 
cares about cel images and how they were reposted 
on one hp? Odds are the actual company that owns 
the rights to the title doesn’t even care, 
especially if the compiler is not making a profit 
off of it. So can someone please for the love of 
god, explain WHY would a ISP give a fudge in this 
specific situation?
