Imagine a Japanese person who wasn't fluent in 
english & even if they were they have to deal 
with the phone call verification.. thus imagine a 
Japanese collector that wanted this item.. think 
of how much in fees they would have to pay!!

Of course Celga themselves can do this as i'm 
sure they'd bid on ebay for a japansese 
person...  just thot you could buy a nice car 
with all that money!!  Or buy the whole series of 
bomber man cels.. lol
