Ok, so elfquest has sucked a lot of ass recently 
now that the creator has pretty much abandoned it 
to work on the movie for the past few years, but 
I'm HOPING its going to be a kickass movie.  

I'm not going to say it's told 'japanese style' 
because it really isn't.  Badguys aren't 
strict 'ha ha kill them all' badguys, they're 
actually pretty three dimensional (which I've 
only really seen a lot of in Blade of the 
Immortal, but that's not verry popular in Japan 
and not an anime)  But as for sex, nudity, and 
not knowing what comes next?  Whoo!  They do kill 
off main characters, and goodguys, and *sniff* 
all sorts of stuff.  It's very real, and it's 
been an ongoing (read: continued from the last 
page of the previous issue) since it came out 
like more than twenty years ago.  

So... Just wait until the Elfquest movie comes 
out to see something really different and 
incredible... and it it isn't, you'll just have 
to pick up some of the old comics =P
