Hi!

This is the outlaw FUZZ!  First,  I would like to tell Yann that I love this little forum!  Very cool!  I think it is a great idea for dealers to support the anime buying public like this.  Kudos!

Second, I would like to thank all the people who responded to zoo about my customer service.  As I told her when she started being... expressive... in her messages, "I stand by my reputation.".  Now let me tell ya, I was sweaten when I said that; we are by no means perfect round here.  In truth, I have made more mistakes than I like to admit.  I was touched and very happy to read that all the comments about my service were supportive.  (Even the one about a mistake!)  

Then I would like for you to know that there is no need to worry about me getting in any trouble over this.  The zoo was sent 1 of the two cels in question, and a check to cover the cel that we can't find.  It was mailed on the 2nd of January, the day shipping reopened after the holidays.  I really wish that had satisfied her but... well, what can I say.  If anyone is considering doing business with zoo, you shouldn't do it without knowing what your getting yourself into.  I would like to send you a complete copy of her and my messages.  I am not going to say that you should not do business with her, but you should know what you are in for if you make a mistake.   Also don't bend over backwards trying to help her; she doesn't appreciate the effort.   

And to zoo...  Happy b-day!
