Hmmm... I can't figure that out. When I ordered from David the service was great. He was one of the only people that I ordered cels from that actually took precautions while sending cels. They were shipped in a matter that kept them from being bent or harmed in any way... (unlike anime-cel.com...) But I'm sure that if you are missing any cels that it is a simple and honest mistake. Bad things can happen but taking legal action should be your last resort. Kenshin no Miko
