I'm not a postal worker, but I do have friends who are and I've
come to know the employees at my local post office, so I think
you're writing off the post office workers a little too easily.
From what I've seen they've always handled things with care. However,
remember things tend to settle and move during shipping (Think about
it...it's not like they have someone holding each packet while it is
in a plane or in a truck) and it's difficult to move a large quantity of
oddly shaped things. Sure, they don't particularly care about
your particular package, but I don't think they're just tossing them
around. It's inconsiderate to think and talk such a way and make such
a sweeping claim. However, I do believe you are right that certain
precautions must be taking place in mailing cels. A cel is an incredibly
fragile item.
