Following is the response I FINALLY got from Fuzz: "Hi! Ok, I just got this from shipping. I sent her the one we had, we refunded her for the other. It was shipped on January 2nd. Sq. Again I am very sorry for the delay Fuzz" To me it seems pretty callous and a poor way to conduct business. He never acknowledged my e-mail. Thay never e-mailed me to say thay had done anything...and I wasn't even given the option of applying the money (for the cel I ordered and paid for, yet seems to be another cel he sold out from under me after telling me it was available and on hold for me!) towards a different cel. All I know, is I have ordered a lot of cels from a lot of people and have never had problems like these. Certain individuals even extended their hold period for me when I ran into financial problems and didn't sell cels out from under me. If this callous attitude is what people consider good customer service, maybe you haven't had enough experience with the large number of cel dealers out there who truly understand what good customer service is all about! Maybe you people that have met him in person and have been given his number and talked to him at home, are treated differently than those of us he figures he'll never meet face to face. I am rather upset about this whole ordeal. After this, I am probably going to stick with purchasing cels only from those dealers I have done business with in the past (Animanga, Anime-cel.com, CelMart, Excel, Tammy @ darkharbor.com, Parralax, Nichebe, Junk Jungle, Usagi's House... just to name a few) and know will do right by me. If trying new dealers is going to give me headaches like thes, then it's just not worth it! Sincerely, LaLainya |
