>>> I wonder who's fault it would be though. Would it be the cel dealers or would you have to take up the matter with your own postal service? If the item is packaged poorly, then it's the seller's fault. If the item gets damaged by the postal service in any way and the item was packaged well, but not insured, then it's both the seller and the buyer's fault and each should share in 501001516040f the loss. The best thing to do is to always insure the the item, this way the post office absorbes the brunt of it and no one gets angry at loss of revenue. But sadly, the post office does confiscate the damaged item. Metaphor (knock on acetate; nothing damaged for me so far) |
