I do have to agree with (spinizuey). The proper
think to do would have been to tell the "offer
person" if I do not get the money order by (said
date) I will sell it to you. And then warn bidder
that if MO arrives & purchase date is after (said
date) I will consider you a "deadbeat-/-late
payer" and will not sell you the cel (period!)

Confused, when the seller said she has sold the
cel before, she is not telling fibs... she has
sold it to deadbeats. I know this because I have
been watching THIS VERY CEL for a while now. Was
gonna bid (someday...LOL)
When she said her feedback speaks for itself
she means her feedback rating, not the feedback
she left you.

I do have to say that bottom line (nesuferit's)
point of there is no excuse seems to be true. Not
enough time passed to consider you a deadbeat.

Although if it helps you to understand, (not
excuse mind you lust understand & be
less "confused" :)... As a seller when the winner
of an auction has only 1 or 2 feedback & they
send MO I WORRY right up to the point I have MO
in my hand! I cannot tell you how many people WIN
an auction & say MO is in the mail (NOT).. I have
even had them email me back & forth before
finally they just drop off planet earth & I still
never got the MO's. I KNOW you SENT MO, seller
admits that please don't mistake my explaining "a
seller's" point of view as accusing you. It
sounds to me like YOU did NOTHING WRONG and I
feel bad for you.

Don't give up hope!! I have a nude Serenity
that was THREE YEARS in the getting!

Best Wishes,
Sandra
