Re: What do you make of this? (Fri Jun 11 04:35:27 2004 )
Confused [View profile ]

Just an update it seems that this situation is
getting worse. The person who bought the cel just
sent me a new email, here it is:

Hello. I have talked to the seller. This is her
story. She placed the
cel on auction ( I found out from you this info).
She has been talking
to you via email (she told me this). But After 2
weeks, she has not
heard from you or received payment in a timely
manner. Consideration, there
are"rumors" you backed out of other sales, so she
didn't fully trust
you in bidding/payment. So she sold it to me, I
by chance saw the cel in
gallery and made an offer. She says when she gets
you MO, she will
refunded it to you. This person is honest, by no
means a scammer. I'm sorry
for your lost.

I am so disturbed by this. They are turning this
around on me! What rumors? Also waited two weeks?
She paid for the cel June 1st, less than a week
after I bought it, so the two weeks is not only
not the truth but impossible. How could there be
rumors, if there were she would have confronted
me about them not lead me on by saying she was
expecting my M.O. Also how could she say we never
communicated when I kept communicating with her
all the time and she kept telling me she will let
me know when she gets it. Never did I recieve an
email from her that was not responded. I feel
ganged up. You do not put up a cel on ebay only
to sell it to someone else. You do not mislead
them for a long time only to change your story.
Where was all this when I was asking her if my
M.O. got there. How did the money order only
appear now that I discovered my cel in another
gallery my accident. What would have happened if
I never found the cel in another gallery, how
much longer would she have held out not telling
me the truth? Why is she now slandering me? Need
some opinions, please help because neither the
buyer of my cel nor the seller are being helpful.
