I know this kind of board too. In most of those I 
visited regularly, it usualy resulted in people 
posting bunch of stupidity just to raise their
"rank". When the most frequently asked question
on a board is "how can I get an higher rank ?", 
there is a problem...

Uhh ! Yes, I see myself do that... Some people are 
already doing a nervous breakdown if I dare to 
tell them to try to stay at least a little on 
topic and you would like me to actualy rank people 
?!? -scary- :)
