I agree that the troublemakers and obnoxious
people are not generally the type to read FAQs or
rules. However, there must be some newcomers who
want to know the etiquette that we expect here. By
writing down the "unwritten rules", the number of
instances when a newbie breaks an "unwritten rule"
and gets admonished or flamed should decrease,
thus making this place more friendly.
