yes i live internationaly ( in France ) and i 
would like to know that i always pay the 
shipping fees. i have never retrack my bid for a 
shipping rate.
for exemple i just have pay $75 for my celga 
packet... ^_^
and when i saw a seller who ship intertionaly on 
ebay and don t write the fees i ask before bid 
on the auction.

So please do not do an combination with 
internationaly bidder.
