Usually, international buyers have been reliable
and don't back out over high shipping costs.

One fellow from Switzerland won some of my 
auctions and splurged for Global Priority Mail
after hearing it wasn't that much more expensive 
than insured air.

If a buyer backs out, that is a valid reason to 
report the person to ebay.
