Sound like you are really looking for an excuse 
not to put those shipping rate... Even if you put 
5 differant weight values for 5 differant shipping 
zone, you will only have 25 lines to write. You do 
it once and then you can simply copy it in any of 
your auction. Or you put a link to a web page with 
the neat little table.

You don't have to do it for all auctions : just 
once. Then you either copy it (which takes no 
time) or you link to the page.

By the way, I am not selling only cels. And it 
didn't took me more than 10 mins to write the page 
with the various shipping rates...
