As a seller, I would have to refuse the 
refund...that's what insurance is for. I agree 
with the others about delivery confirmation..it 
at least proves the cel's in the post office care.

  As a buyer I know how you feel! A couple years 
ago I had some trouble with my postman. For some 
reason I wasn't getting my packages!! I had 
bought a nice cel from a reputable dealer and 
after 2 months the package was not here! It 
eventually got back to her she resent it and I 
got it the second time. But yes it takes to joy 
out of it!
