It's very true that delivery confirmation
doesn't say anything about where it was shipped,
or where it was actually delivered. ~_~;
BUT ... if I remember Paypal's rules
correctly ... if the dollar value is over a
certain amount (I want to say 50.00) there has
to be some kind of proof of delivery where the
buyer SIGNS for the package. When you send a
package insured and fill out one of the blue
slips (numbered insured) the package must be
signed for before it's delivered. At least in
theory, and provided you have a postal carrier
who does their job *correctly*. :P
You *can* go to your post office whenever you've
bought or sold an item and send it with numbered
insurance and request a copy of the slip you
sign, showing who signed for it. When you
request that, it generally takes about an hour
for the fax to get back to your post office
after the supervisor sends in the request so I'd
advise calling the information in prior to going
in person. :)
Not a huge help when waiting for your package,
but it's not a well known fact...
