Tell me if this sounds fair.  I waited for a 
month to get a cel after paying with paypal, and 
during that time i was going through a move.  Two 
day's before the move i still hadn't recieved the 
cel, so i went down the post office and put in a 
change of address thing so that my mail would be 
forwarded.

Well the person i bought the cel form responded 
that the cel had been sent out. 
that was about three weeks ago and i haven't got 
anything.  
I figure either one of two things happened.  THe 
cel wasn't sent out, or it didn't get shipped to 
the correct address because of the change of 
venue.  The joy of buying the cel has dispensed 
because of the aggrivation so i just wrote the 
seller that i just want a refund on the cel. Im 
tired of going through a hassel for something 
that is supposed to be a hobby, HOBBIES are 
supposed to be relaxing, not aggrivating.

So my question again.  Do you think this is fair?
