Really ?

This is something I do not believe. I have done some
work in Japan for companies who produce Anime
Goods and Post Production Cels and trust me, getting
permissions from the studio does not come easy and
many a time the studio doesn't have permission to
give permission.

and getting permission doesn't come with a few emails
or phone calls.
