i have seen those booklets that were put together
with copies of cel drawings. i have seen them sell
for a lot of money on yahoo japan.  sometimes they
also have character models in them too.  i have
seen for tenchi muyo, el hazard, hyper police,
macross, rurouni kenshin, that's all i can think
of right now. there is also a series of
doujinshi-like books called gokikura, that have
several stories from different series using cel
drawings that from designs by keiji gotoh
(nadesico, gatekeepers, etc.).
