Although I don't know how much help it will be. I 
managed to get some of it into text that I could 
feed into a translator:

ちょこつと原画

セピア　カ

Obviously, I'm missing two kanji. (It's annoying, 
but my software doesn't have all the kanji in 
it's dictionary). The pair "原画" translates 
to "original picture". For the rest, "chokotsu(?) 
and original picture"?

No guesses on the second line since I can't find 
the kanji. That's my best. My husband could 
probably do better with his dictionaries, but 
he's not here. ^_^;;
