The first line translates basically as "Chocotto
original picture (genga) batch", but we're stumped
on what "chocotto" means.  Sorry about that.

Second line is equally odd -- the first part is in
katakana, which is used only for loanwords, and is
"sepia".  But the kanji isn't in our dictionary. 
Given the first word, though, it might have
something to do with color callouts for the cel?
