I posted a bit more about me in the message above 
yours.  All my cels have costed between $1US and 
$50US at this point, but I have always wanted a 
cell from Street Fighter the Movie.  
Unfortunately the cel is $100US and has no 
matching pencil.  However, I'm not sure how many 
Street Fighter Movie cels pop up for sale though.
