I was doing to bid on that cel, but I forgot about
it...  I didn't think that it would go for so
much.  Most of the close-up shots of Lain go for
$200-$500...

To answer the original question...  I'd pay up to
$500 for the right cel of Sanosuke from Rurouni
Kenshin.  Most of my cels were in the $20-$60
range.  So far, the most I have paid for a single
cel has been $180...
