Not quite! The production studio MADE the cel, 
they have the ultimate ownership.

What bothers me more than someone innocently 
reporducing a cel for their own joy (NOT talking 
about eBay quick-buckers) is morons who actually 
go rabid on people making a cel using a screencap 
or ANY resource image other than the cel 
the "morons who go rabid" happen to own. Some ppl 
actually seem to think that they own a screencap 
by owning the respective cel, and that really 
stinks!
