Personally I believe it's the owners' cels and 
they can do whatever they want because it's their 
gallery. Words or not, the most important thing 
is that they love their cels, no need to be 
verbal and expressive about it since they can 
even choose not to show any at all.

To me, a description beyond the character's name 
or episode # is like as if the owner is trying to 
convince himself or others how much they love 
their cels. But really, unless they're trying to 
sell the cels, is it necessary to provide so much 
information, or any information at all?
