Hi there,
I too recently had something lost that Celga bid
on for me through a friend's bid. But, it wasnt
Celga's fault. Apparently the shop that had the
cel lost it (much to my dissappointment). It's
really really imperative that you keep your
language really simple when dealing with Japanese
dealers etc. I had something like this happen
with another dealer. He mistook something I said
(here on the forum actually) as an insult. It
was SOooo not meant that way though. It took
about 4 emails back and forth to clear it up, and
some help from other forum goers. I even
insulted him by trying to say 'Im sorry" in
Japanese and not doing it in the right form!
And, by not using the right form, that is also
construed as an insult. Wow. In the end its
totally fine, the dealer is still very good and
I've never had another problem. Its important to
be pretty humble with them though, because they
are providing a service, and with a laguage
difference as big as English to Japanese, it can
be easy to mistake things. Just some friendly
advice from someone who knows firsthand the
effects of saying the wrong thing accidentally
