I wouldn't be to upset with Keigo's response as
everyone has pointed out, there is a slight
language translation difference. I work with
several people who have a native language that is
different than English, and they all interrupt
things a little different. Some much better than
others. The slight problem with your email is
that it is filled with a little too much needless
emotion, and I think Keigo was not sure on who it
was directed towards.
Anyway, everyone you said, keeping emails and
URLs is important, and helpful in a situation
like this. But since you don't have the URL or
the original emails that makes life more
interesting.
By chance do you still have the invoice number?
If not, did you pay with paypal, and put any
important information in the notes or the subject
such as "payment for invoice ......" or the
auction URLs? If you think you did, and you
don't have the confirmation email anymore, check
your paypal history log. I've been putting such
information in my paypal payment subjects, not so
much for Celga, but for my own personal record.
Makes it easier for me, to track down what a
payment was sent for.
If still no luck, Hyla should still have your
invoice on record, which includes the auction
URL. She should be able to look up your account
and give a "reprint" of your last invoice as her
record keeping seems to be quite organized.
Once you have the URLs, just simply ask if this
item has been shipped to "me" yet? As their
shipping department has been holding on to small
items; till they either get an email request to
ship the item, or more items arrive from the same
customer, and they all ship together, or a
certain amount of time has past. Case in point,
they are holding onto one cel I won back a month
and a half ago. They did this because they were
waiting for me to win another auction or two, so
all the items could ship together, and save a
little bit on shipping cost. I could have asked
for them to ship the cel, but hey, I'll wait and
save a few dollars on shipping. But that is just
me. ^_^
Hope this helps a little
