Hrm, good point.  A deputy service that deals with 
sellers who speak Japanese should never employ 
someone who speaks Japanese better than English.  
Bad business all around. ;)

For that matter, it's just plain silly to have 
someone in Japan who can receive those YJ packages 
that won't ship internationally!  What were they 
thinking?!
