Did you provide him with a copy of your invoice? 
Perhaps that has information that would be useful 
in helping him jog his memory of your order or at 
least find out something about it. 
 It's tough when you're trying to communicate and 
there is a language barrier. People frequently 
misinterpret the tone of emails and I suppose it 
can't be help but happen sometimes. I hope you 
both can resolve the issue and eventually find
