I *love* ordering from Celga. I did it all the
time until I recently lost my job. Never had a
probelm recieving items until recently. It was my
first time ordering something other then a cel,
and after a month I thought maybe I should
contact Celga about it. Here is the email I sent:
Over a month ago I recieved my usual invoice. :)
I had won a cute set of Sailor Moon UFO
keychains, mostly outer senshi and one of
chibiusa. Sadly I no longer have the URL so I
don't know how else to describe these. In any
case, I never recieved these and I have been very
upset by it. I've never had a problem since I've
lived in this apartment, and I hate to think that
they were lost or stolen. Do you think you could
perhaps provide me with a tracking number? I'd
love to find out what happened to them. Thank you
so much!
I was hopeful in receiving the tracking number
from Celga so I could find out where my package
got stuck along the way, or perhaps if it
actually did arrive here and someone took it for
themselves. And I *am* upset by this, because
since I don't have a job money is important right
now. I could barely afford my last invoice, too. :

Anyway, if you can't provide me the url, then,
it may take me a long time to figure it out.
Is this the item I have already shipped?
Usually, I send you the urls in the package and
the tracking number prior to the shipping.
And you don't have them? Then, you upset with me?
That's bullshit. You find it in your email box.

I am not upset with Celga, I am upset with the
loss of my package. Although I do not care to be
treated this way, and if it continues I will have
to cease further business with you. :(

thread is a first for me, and I feel the need to
