You should keep all of your emails to and from
celga until you receive your items... that's just
the smart thing to do. I think this is something
you just need to work out with the company, there
is really no need to post about it.
They do alot of business, and it's understandable
that things can go wrong once in a while. I am
sorry this has happened to you. Things said in
an email can easily be mistaken for rudeness not
only because it's hard to convey feelings through
words, but also because of the language barrier.
Keigo sometime uses profanity in odd ways. He
once told me to "kiss his ass for shipping!"
hehehe but what he really meant was to kick his
ass to make him ship things to me quickly if I
needed them in a hurry. ^_^
