Why don't you try a service that is a bit more proffesional?? Language barrier or not,
hire some people who know how to speak English correctly. Or let the people who
speak English answer the e-mails.
There are plenty of other services that are much better and have no language barrier
problem and are much, much more professional. I am sorry, language barrier or
not, that is NO WAY to conduct business.
