Hmmm... Sounds interesting. Do you guys
think it's right?
Buying damaged cheap cels which would be
very expensive if not damaged, restroing them
and selling them at high price?
If the seller didn't tell it's restored by some
people who is very good but not by officially, (I
know sometimes studio makes correction
layers), what's the difference between you and
the seller who didn't tell the cel is damaged
hoping to rip off some innocent people?
Personally, I don't mind restroing cels, but
when it goes to resale, there are much to be
said.
Once I found my dream cel and I knew it must
be 3 layer cel, but there is only one c-layer cel
in the world. I knew who has that c-layer cel
but the seller didn't tell me their c-layer fancel
until I told them the fact.
