I guess the second bidder would only be too happy 
to get the cel you can't have. But nevertheless, 
you might want to give it a try instead of doing 
all those guessing rounds. You can try asking if 
the second bidder is willing to sell that to you. 
But most probably, you won't hear from the 
bidder. Anyway, that's my two cents' thought, I 
could be wrong. Good luck!
