I think you have screwed up by yourself.  If you 
didn't contact the seller directly and let the 
deputy service to handle it directly, the whole 
thing will probably be fine because the seller 
thinks the buyer is Japanese.  I know this sounds 
wierd, but certain Japanese sellers don't like to 
sell their stuffs to the foreigners at all, they 
just want to sell their stuffs to Japanese.
