through a deputy service, there would be 
no "international troubles", as it were. You 
wouldn't have to take Paypal or speak English (I 
agree it's a tough language...frankly, most of it 
is stupid and nonsensical). You wouldn't have to 
deal with shipping overseas. You would deal with 
and sell to the Japanese bidder, who would then 
deal with the international aspects as a middle 
man...that's the whole reason deputy services get 
money. They are paid to deal with the troubles 
and both sides reap the benefits.
