So, can I ask which service you used to help 
you?  Chances are this seller of yours is going 
to alert the whole world about the dep service 
you used as being so, for American bidders.  Id 
like to know if I need to change dep services or 
not....>_<  NEVER contact the Japanese sellers, 
because as one person stated, some of them will 
not sell to overseas customers.  I think this is 
insane, but it's true.  If I were selling a cel 
on Ebay and someone from overseas wanted it, Id 
say have it!  But, that's just me.  I honestly 
dont get it.  To me, whoever is willing to pay 
gets the cel.  Oiy, I just hope whichever service 
you used to help you can work this out, or else 
ALL of us are going to pay....
